Skinner, Fritz Redl and William Wattenberg, William Glasser, Thomas Gordon, Haim Ginott, or Carolyn Evertson that compliment your required readings for the week. Then, you will write a reflective paper that evaluates what you read concerning effective models of classroom management.

Be sure to address the following questions in your reflection paper:

  • How has reading about effective classroom management affected you, and how has this changed your beliefs about classroom management?
  • What specific parts of the readings changed or did not change the way you think about classroom management?
  • How can you relate or not relate to what you read about classroom management?
  • How has reading about classroom management changed the way you thought about it before you read the material and after you read the material?
