HR as Organizational Development Agent

  1. For this exercise, write a 3- to 4-paragraph post to defend the role of HR as an essential agent of organizational transformation and change.
    1. When defending, take a positive stance for it.
    2. Provide the reasons why HR is an essential OD agent, which are to be evidence-based.
  2. Include examples of initiatives as tied to (1) the general model of planned change (See Figure 2.2), (2) the comprehensive model for diagnosing organizational systems, and (3) the types of interventions and organizational levels (See Table 7.2).
  3. Limit direct quotes to only one small quote. Primarily, use your critical thinking supplemented with paraphrasing to provide evidential support for claims made.
