Ethics, also commonly referred to as moral beliefs, is a division of philosophy, which encompasses various process (Fisher & Lovell, 2005). They include the categorizing, preserving and endorsing several notions of acceptable and immoral behavior. On the other hand, Fisher & Lovell (2005) claim that values are described as those things that people or establishments consider as either imperative or indispensable. Some of these phenomena in question include honesty, competence, stewardship and coordination.

This essay provides an analysis on the principles of ethics and values.
