Read the case study on pp. 273-274 of the textbook and answer the following questions:
Suppose that you were brought in to advise the Univerisity in regard to what has happened. In the process it was determined that the University did not want to file a lawsuit. What other strategies would you recommend for them to pursue?
With regard to the legal claims in this case, defendants were not liable; do you consider that any ethical obligations were breached?
