Sweden is an exception. Below, there are data obtained from Wikipedia based on the reports of the Swedish authorities. You can also find data from the State of Texas HHS on the progress of SARS-COV2 epidemic in Texas. Cannot find detailed data per county.

Texas data miss one date 4/26/20 which was not yet reported to Wikipedia when I collected the data. Based on these data what conclusions can you derive? What can be an appropriate claim to be formed?

For evaluating the statistical significance you of the result the boxplots reveal you need certain assumptions. State those assumptions carefully, and argue why these assumptions are justified.
